Gujarat Titans started the season strong by winning their first two encounters but have won two and lost two since then. Their last match win against LSG could be the catalyst that fires them up again. GT were all but gone as LSG needed just 26 off 4 overs but with great performances by Noor Ahmed and Mohit Sharma, they somehow managed to get a win while LSG collapsed leaving skipper KL Rahul bewildered regarding how it all happened.
Mumbai Indians are having the exact opposite campaign of the Gujarat Titans. MI lost their opening two matches but refused to back down winning their next three matches convincingly. At one point in the chase, MI were 159-2 chasing 215 with Cam Green and SKY set. Green’s wicket and Arshdeep’s superb death bowling spell turned the match on it’s head. Arshdeep gave just 11 runs while picking up three wickets and ended his spell taking four wickets from his four overs giving away 29 runs.
