World Cup 2023: Ahead of the blockbuster IND vs PAK clash on October 14 at the Narendra Modi Stadium, the Indian Cricket Team will hold a final training session ahead of the ‘biggest clash’ of the tournament, with the focus remaining on Shubman Gill and his fitness.
A 3-hour evening/night training session will be conducted by Team India on October 13 before the all-important clash. Before the Men in Blue hit the nets for the final time, they will hold a pre-match conference just 15 minutes before their practice.
Pakistan will start the proceedings, and India will follow their arch-rival suit, coming in after Pakistan’s final practice comes to an end.
Rohit Sharma and Co. will hold their training session from 6 PM to 9 PM IST. However, before moving on to their final practice, the Men in Blue will hold their pre-match media press conference at 5:45 PM IST.

Shubman Gill and the No. 8 spot in focus ahead of IND vs PAK practice
Before India starts their practice, the focus will remain on ‘ill’ Shubman Gill, who has been recovering from dengue fever and was seen batting for the first time on October 12 after missing the first two matches.
The debate for the No. 8 spot is also heating up, with Ravichandran Ashwin, Mohammed Shami, and Shardul Thakur fighting for the same spot.
